CMC Review of the Queensland Police Service's Palm Island Review

This report is the CMC's review of the initial police investigation and the subsequent internal police review into the death in custody of Mulrunji.

This report, tabled in State Parliament on 17 June 2010, consists of: the background to the CMC's review, the Palm Island death in custody, the QPS response, and the CMC's assessment of the initial QPS investigation, and of the 2008 Palm Island Review report, a three volume report forwarded to the CMC by the QPS.
