The Criminal Justice Commission presents this report approximately 22 months after it completed its last submission on the review of its operations. This document is being submitted as the Parliamentary Criminal Justice Committee (PCJC) prepares its three-year review, mandated under s. 118 (1)(f) of the Criminal Justice Act 1989.
