Report on an investigation into complaints against six Aboriginal and Island Councils

This report documents a series of investigations into complaints the Commission received about Aboriginal and Island Councils. 

In all but a few cases, the complaints were initiated by members of the communities that these Councils served. 

These complaints form a very small proportion of the total number of complaints the Commission has received.
