Report on the Investigation into the Complaint of Mr T. R. Cooper, MLA, Leader of the Opposition against the Hon. T. M. Mackenroth, MLA, Minister for Police and Emergency Services

On 11 April 1991, Mr Russell Cooper, MLA, Leader of the Opposition, set out a number of concerns in a letter to the Criminal Justice Commission in relation to the use by Mr Mackenroth of the Government aircraft to travel to Port Macquarie to meet with Mr Philip Arthur Heath.
