This report was an investigation of complaints against members of the Queensland Police Service arising out of an incident at the Wandarrah Aboriginal Pre-School Community Centre, Inala, and subsequent events. 

The investigation commenced with the attendance of a deputation of members with Inala's Aboriginal community at the offices of the Criminal Justice Commission on 7 November 1990. 

A team of eight Commission police officers, supervised by a senior lawyer, was assigned to the investigation. 

45 Aboriginal persons were interviewed, and most of the interviews were conducted at the Wandarrah Centre and private residences. A total of 65 police officers were interviewed. 

This report was tabled in Parliament on 26 November 1991.
