Every three years the Crime and Misconduct Commission (CMC) would survey a representative sample of Queenslanders to monitor changes in their attitudes to police, local councils and public service agencies. This was done to measure how well public sector agencies and employees were meeting community expectations of service delivery.
Results of the surveys were published in the Public Perceptions series, published between 2003 and 2011.
