The CCC has published a discussion paper titled ‘Protecting the lives of children and their sexual safety’, inviting submissions from the public to assist its review of the Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Offender Prohibition Order) Act 2004 (Qld) (the Act).

Submissions are due by close of business on Monday 14 November 2022.
