The places of safety model: An evaluation - responding to volatile substance misuse

This report documents the CMC's evaluation of the effectiveness of a state government initiative to help people who are addicted to inhaling volatile substances. 

This evaluation was complementary to a review of the police powers supporting the place of safety trial, which the CMC was required by legislation to undertake.

This report was tabled in Parliament on 30 September 2005.
