The Out of the Blues Program: Process Evaluation Report

This report arose from a request by the Queensland Police Service (QPS) to the Criminal Justice Commission (CJC) to evaluate the implementation within the QPS of the program Out of the Blues. 

The program was initiated by the State Government in 1995 in response to the dramatically rising number of claims for stress being made by Queensland public servants over recent years.
