Inquiry into Allegations of Misconduct in the Investigation of Paedophilia in Queensland: Kimmins Report

These reports of the Kimmins Inquiry address the first four terms of reference related to the possibility of systemic wrongdoing in the Queensland Police Service in the handling of suspected paedophilia cases. 

• The first Report, published in August 1998, addresses the first four terms of reference (tabled in Parliament on 9 September 1998)  
• The fifth term of reference is addressed in the second Report, which was published in February 1999 (tabled in Parliament on 25 March 1999).
