Cannabis and the law in Queensland: A discussion paper

The purpose of this discussion paper is to facilitate public submissions to the Advisory Committee on Illicit Drugs by: 

• endeavouring to provide sufficient information so that a reader can form views on relevant issues, and
• identifying particular issues on which submissions are sought. 

The matters raised in this discussion paper are not meant to restrict persons or organisations in any way in relation to relevant issues which they may wish to raise.
