In September 1996, the Criminal Justice Commission and the Queensland Police Service established the Beenleigh Calls for Service Project (BCFS Project), a six-month experiment to find out whether the application of problem-solving techniques would reduce the number of repeat calls for service in the Beenleigh Police Division. 

This Evaluation Report was tabled in Parliament on 4 March 1998.
