The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) office will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period, from 4:00 pm Wednesday, 24 December 2025, re-opening at 8:00 am on Friday, 2 January 2026. Please see below for important dates and information on how to lodge complaints while our office is closed. |
Complaint lodgement options during the holiday period
Complaints can still be submitted through our normal channels:
- Online complaints:
- Can be submitted at any time through our online complaints form.
- Phone complaints:
- We will take phone complaints until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, 24 December 2025.
- Our complaints phonelines will re-open at 10:00 am on Monday, 29 December 2025.
- Phone lines will remain open except on public holidays (with normal services resuming on Friday, 2 January 2026).
