- Dianne Farmer – Former Acting Executive Director of Sport and Recreation within the former Department of Local Government, Sport and Recreation
Please ensure all camera crews and photographers are made aware of the following arrangements at the CMC hearing:
Some witnesses have agreed to be filmed while undertaking the oath at the beginning of their evidence. Please check with these arrangements with the CMC’s media adviser or communications officer. The witnesses have agreed to this on the basis that they are not filmed, photographed or interviewed outside the hearing room while still on CMC premises. These witnesses have also requested that they are not pursued inappropriately while leaving the building.
Witnesses who have not agreed to footage of themselves in the hearing room may be filmed on CMC premises, but only by the pool camera operator and photographer. No audio is allowed. These media representatives are requested to be discrete when doing so and to not inappropriately pursue the witnesses as they leave the hearing room.
