The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) has adjourned the Taskforce Flaxton public hearing. The hearing commenced on 14 May 2018 and ran for 13 days.

Thirty witnesses gave evidence as part of an examination of corruption and corruption risks in Queensland corrective services facilities.

The hearing is expected to recommence in August 2018.

Further information about Taskforce Flaxton will be made available on the CCC’s website in the lead-up to the hearing recommencing.

The CCC will issue a public report on the outcomes of Taskforce Flaxton.
