Statement from Acting CCC Chairman Dr Ken Levy RFD

This afternoon I have been advised by the Queensland Police Service that they will not instigate any criminal proceedings as a result of their investigation into a complaint that I knowingly misled the Parliament.

I am relieved at the decision.

I am aware that the matter is being considered by the Parliamentary Ethics Committee. On that basis, I am declining to make any further comment at this time.
