The CCC has conducted further analysis of computer and electronic storage devices that were seized during a search of the man’s property last year. The analysis has allegedly identified further offences committed by the 50-year-old man.

On behalf of the CCC, Queensland Police Service officers attended a residential address in Ingham and served the man with a Notice to Appear in court to face the following charges:

  • 26 x Use a carriage service to make available child pornography material, contrary to section 474.19 (1)(a)(iii) & (aa)(b) of the Commonwealth Criminal Code (1995)

The man is expected to appear in the Ingham Magistrates Court on 10 March 2016.

As the matter is now before the courts, the CCC is unable to comment further.
