The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) has this afternoon charged a 47-year-old Tarragindi man with breaching a bail condition contrary to section 29 of the Bail Act 1980.

The man was previously charged by the CCC on 21 October 2018.

He is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on 28 November 2018.

As this matter, and previous charges, are before the courts it is not appropriate for the CCC to comment further.

The CCC is an independent agency combating major crime and reducing corruption for the benefit of the Queensland community.
