Lawyer Harold Shand has also been charged with corruptly making the payment to Mr Nuttall and will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday 7 December 2007.

Mr Nuttall will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow. He is still facing committal proceedings in January next year in relation to payments totalling $299,999.98 he allegedly received from Mr Ken Talbot between October 2002 and September 2005.
