The Crime and Misconduct Commission, in conjunction with Queensland Health, has examined the matter regarding Dr Eugene Sherry at Rockhampton Hospital.
The CMC is satisfied that the matter can be appropriately dealt with by the Medical Board of Queensland and Queensland Health.
Both agencies will advise the CMC of the outcome of the matter in due course.
