Report corruption

Anybody may report suspected corrupt conduct or police misconduct to the CCC. You do not need proof, you just need sufficient reason to believe that the conduct has occurred.

How to make a complaint

Download and complete the complaint lodgement form (DOC, 92 KB), and return it by mail to:

Notification by public officials. Public officials who have a reasonable suspicion of corrupt conduct must notify the CCC (in accordance with ss. 38 and 40 of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001).

Vexatious and false complaints

If you make a complaint or provide information to the CCC recklessly or knowing it to be untrue you may be prosecuted under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001. Such complaints are serious because they waste public resources and unfairly damage reputations.
