The site search facility can be found in the top right hand corner of all web pages on this site.

To perform a search, enter one or more words in the search box and select 'Search' (or press the Enter key on your keyboard).

The search tool searches both web pages and publications.

Generally, web pages and publications containing all of your search words will be displayed first, followed by web pages and publications that contain some of your search words.

Each search result will include:

  • the web page or publication title shown as a link that can be selected
  • a short summary of the web page or publication
  • the address of the web page or publication displayed as text that can be copied and pasted
  • the date the web page or publication was last updated
  • if the result is a publication, the size of the publication in kilobytes.

The total number of search results will be displayed near the top of the screen. A maximum of 30 search results are displayed on a single page. You can navigate between search result pages near the bottom of the screen by clicking on 'Next 30 items' or the page number shown.

Helpful tips for searching

  • The search tool is not case-sensitive so you can use lowercase or capital letters
  • Common words such as 'the,' 'a,' 'an', 'as', 'of', 'for' are ignored by the search tool
  • You can put double quote marks around your search words to search for an exact phrase e.g. "official misconduct".
