How to pay the application fee

A mandatory application fee of $46.40 is payable for RTI applications. It is not refundable if no documents are found. There is no application fee for IP applications.

You may pay the application fee in the following ways:

by Mastercard or Visa: Please complete your credit card details on page 4 of the application form.

by post: Send a cheque or money order payable to the Crime and Corruption Commission to:

by electronic funds transfer:

Please enter ‘RTI application – Your name’ in the payment description field, so we can confirm receipt of your payment.

in person:

You may attend the office of the Crime and Corruption Commission to pay the application fee by cheque, money order or cash at:  Level 2, North Tower, 515 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley.
